Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience to clients.
- Assist clients with class check-ins, bookings, membership packages, and service-related queries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages and services.
- Contribute to studio revenue by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain premium studio standards and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with instructors and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and build positive client relationships. Who Can Apply?
