About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial legal professional to work directly with leadership on legal and operational business matters. This is not a traditional in-house legal role. You’ll work across corporate legal matters, transaction structuring and agreements, entity structuring, tax planning. You will help us solve business problems that don’t come with a playbook. We want someone with strong legal fundamentals who is hungry to learn, a prodigious user of AI, and capable of finding creative, practical solutions to unfamiliar problems. • Corporate & Commercial: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, corporate documents, investment-related agreements, and other legal materials.
• Structuring & Transactions: Support entity formation, corporate reorganizations, governance, and transactions across companies and jurisdictions.
• Research & Problem-Solving: Tackle unfamiliar legal and business questions, identify options, and translate complex issues into actionable recommendations.
• Disputes & Risk: Assess contractual disputes, coordinate outside counsel, and help develop commercially sensible resolution strategies.
• Business Operations: Partner with leadership on projects spanning legal, finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.
• AI-Enabled Execution: Use AI tools in every workflow to accelerate research, drafting, due diligence, and workflows while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.

• Legal

Experience:
Approximately 2-3 years of experience at an Am Law 200 firm or other well-regarded law firm.
• Corporate Foundation: Robust legal fundamentals, ideally in corporate or transactional law, with exposure to startups or high-growth businesses.
• Commercial Judgment & Resourcefulness: Practical, business-first mindset. Able to navigate complex, ambiguous problems, think creatively, and find solutions that minimize roadblocks. Goes beyond identifying risks and obstacles to figure out practical ways to get things done.
• AI Fluency: Excited to use AI tools to work faster and better, with the judgment to verify outputs and recognize their limitations.
• High Ownership: Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking responsibility for projects from start to finish.
