• Responsible for reading of Electrical drawings.
• Handling of sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA like HT Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels
• Handling instruments like generators set above 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing
• Handling power control panels, motor control canters, contemporary electrical drives with soft starters and variable frequency drives
• Handling spare parts and inventory control
• Comply and adhere to the safety and environment management system
• Responsible for troubleshooting in shifts by using WCM Tools as well as brining improvements through WCM Projects.
• Hands on experience in process Instruments like RTD, Thermo Couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters
• Hands on experience in Maintenance of instruments/field instruments.
• Calibration and Operation of Weighing System, Variable Frequency Drives
• Proficient in Programming of Siemens PLC TIA V15 .
• SCADA Design of wincc 7.5
• Total productive Maintenance
