Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Prayagraj. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend suitable paving and precast products from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, supporting government and private project bids,



and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will document sales activities, update records, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications
• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate product solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, paving products, or related industrial goods, with a willingness to learn technical details.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort working on-site around construction and industrial environments, with attention to safety and professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools).
• Prior experience in sales, construction materials, or infrastructure projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
