2-5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base across both pharma and non-pharma sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads in pharmaceutical and diverse non-pharmaceutical industries.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and effectively pitch relevant products/solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales deals.
• Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports to management. Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience handling clients in both pharma and non-pharma markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong target orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.




• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
