Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Sales Manager with excellent communication, email writing and customer relationship management skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
* Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails and meetings.
* Draft and send professional emails, quotations, sales proposals and follow-up communications.
* Handle customer enquiries,



coordinate orders and ensure timely responses.
* Follow up with clients for orders, payments and new business requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Identify potential customers and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
* Maintain customer records, sales reports and regular follow-up updates. Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, customer relationship management or B2B sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Robust email drafting and skilled correspondence skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
* Experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging, polymers or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
