Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Noida. The Collection Executive will manage and follow up on outstanding payments, interact with customers to resolve overdue accounts, and negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring credit exposure, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and escalating complex cases when required. The Collection Executive will collaborate closely with the credit and finance teams to reduce delinquency rates, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and support overall portfolio health.



The position requires consistent on-site presence to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide timely support to customers. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and repayment follow-ups.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and negotiate effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess repayment behavior, identify risk patterns, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand lending products, repayment structures, and regulatory considerations.
• Relevant experience in collections, lending, banking, or NBFC operations is preferred.
• Ability to work with MS Office and collection/CRM systems, maintain accurate documentation, and follow structured processes.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a customer-centric approach to resolving payment issues.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is advantageous.
