Role Description This is a full-time Franchise Development Manager role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Franchise Development Manager will identify and qualify prospective franchise partners, manage the full franchise sales cycle, and guide leads from initial inquiry through agreement and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business plans and financial models for potential franchisees, and overseeing lead generation activities across digital and offline channels. The role involves coordinating training and support for new franchise owners, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and collaborating with operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive franchise performance.



The Franchise Development Manager will also track key metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to the overall franchising strategy. Qualifications
