Key Responsibilities
• Market bench consultants to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
• Generate requirements and build strong vendor relationships.
• Handle consultant submissions, rate negotiations, interviews, and placement closures.
• Maintain the consultant pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Guide junior team members and support bench sales operations.
Requirements:
• Robust experience in US IT Bench Sales and vendor management.
• Knowledge of C2C, W2, and US work authorizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
