JOB Description
Dentsu India is looking for a agile and driven Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, experience in managing end-to-end campaigns and the ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy and creator selection to execution and reporting.
* Develop influencer recommendations and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
* Manage creator outreach, negotiations, commercials, contracts and deliverables.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies and management teams.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Track campaign performance, analyse results and prepare post-campaign reports.
* Manage budgets, timelines and campaign documentation while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and disclosure norms. Requirements




* 5–7 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of creators across platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
* Proven experience in campaign management, talent negotiations, budgeting and client servicing.
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies and influencer management networks would be an advantage.
