We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates for intern, sales, content, and video editing roles through LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to understand candidates’ skills, availability, and interest in the role.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with the hiring team, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers in Google Sheets.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and communication with current team members.
• Assist with attendance tracking, team coordination, and employee engagement activities.




• Handle candidate and employee information confidentially and professionally. Who Can Apply:
• Students or recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, and startup operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work with a remote team.
