HIRING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to handle laboratory and on site testing of electrical equipment, particularly distribution and power transformers. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing test reports, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting the smooth functioning of the department. Required Qualifications and

Skills:
• BE/B.
Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Practical knowledge of testing distribution and power transformers in laboratory and in office environments.
• Knowledge of high-voltage and impulse testing of electrical equipment.
• Understanding of quality assurance, laboratory documentation and applicable quality standards.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct laboratory and on-site testing of distribution and power transformers.
• Perform high-voltage and impulse testing of distribution transformers, voltage transformers, insulators, bushings, circuit breakers and other switchgear products.
• Test electrical equipment samples, including CT/PT, transformers, insulators, bushings and other switchgear products.




• Prepare accurate test reports and technical documentation.
• Maintain records and registers in accordance with ERDA's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
• Coordinate with the Head of Section and other team members.
• Participate fully in the department's day-to-day activities.
• Travel to customer or site locations as required by business needs.
• Contribute to productivity improvements and help enhance laboratory capabilities. Compensation and Employment: 
• Annual CTC: ₹5–8 LPA
• Employment: Fixed-term employment for an initial three years.
