This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Surat. The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and promote DI Solutions’ software development and IT services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting through calls, emails, and meetings; preparing and delivering presentations and proposals; coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs; and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and reports. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis,



and contributing to sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in sales communication, negotiation, and presentation for both in-person and virtual meetings.
• Candidates should possess abilities in market research, opportunity analysis, and understanding of software and IT services offerings.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email and online collaboration platforms.
• Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in a qualified business context.
• Relevant experience in IT or software services sales is preferred, especially in application development or outsourcing domains.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial, along with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
