Role Description The Outlet Manager (Trayam Vegetarian Creations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the vegetarian outlet. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and kitchen activities, and ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, managing cash handling and basic financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records. The Outlet Manager will interact with customers, resolve issues promptly, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business. The position also requires training and motivating team members, enforcing operational procedures,



and supporting promotional activities to drive sales and outlet performance. Salary Range: 30k to 50k pm Job

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Proven People Management experience, including team supervision, motivation, and performance oversight.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and suppliers.
• Practical Inventory Management skills, including stock monitoring, ordering, and waste control.
• Experience in food service or retail outlet management, preferably in vegetarian or quick-service formats.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and peak periods, as required by outlet operations.
• Basic understanding of cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in Global cuisine businesses is HIGHLY preferred.
