Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training on SailPoint IdentityIQ and core Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
· Explain identity lifecycle management, including identity creation, updates, transfers, and termination.
· Train learners on access certifications, access reviews, and governance processes.
· Provide practical sessions on user provisioning and de-provisioning and access request processes.
· Cover role management, role-based access control concepts, and access policies.
· Deliver training on SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, configuration, and common administrative functions, as applicable to the course scope.
· Explain integration patterns between IdentityIQ and enterprise applications, directories, and target systems.
· Develop training plans, presentations, courseware, lab exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
· Guide participants through hands-on exercises, troubleshooting scenarios, and best practices for identity governance operations.
· Assess learner understanding, provide feedback, mentor participants, and track training progress.
· Keep training materials current with relevant platform updates and enterprise IAM practices.




· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve training quality and align content with business requirements. Required Skills & Expertise
· Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and its core features and administration concepts.
· 3–8 years of relevant professional experience, including experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IAM training or implementation.
· Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
· Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and identity data handling.
· Practical understanding of access certifications, access reviews, and governance controls.
· Knowledge of user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and account management.
· Understanding of role management, access policies, workflows, and rules within IdentityIQ.
· Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and connected systems.
· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver engaging, structured training.
· Solid communication, presentation, facilitation, and learner-management skills.
· Prior experience with AI tools, analytics platforms, Claude, and building AI agents is mandatory
