Job role : Principal Architect

Location:
Hyderabad Function: Architectural Role Overview Own complex architectural design packages and act as the principal technical authority for planning, building design, detailing, and multidisciplinary integration across data center projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate project briefs, capacity requirements, operational needs, and site constraints into architectural concepts and detailed designs.
• Develop and review site plans, building layouts, elevations, sections, room data sheets, schedules, and construction details.
• Plan data halls and supporting spaces in coordination with rack layouts, power distribution, cooling systems, security, and operational circulation.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to resolve spatial conflicts and equipment access requirements.
• Lead architectural design reviews and close technical comments before issue of deliverables.




• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire and life safety provisions, accessibility, and project-specific requirements.
• Support area optimization, modularization, standardization, and repeatable design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to architects, BIM teams, and external design partners.
• Support construction RFIs, shop drawing reviews, site queries, and design changes. Required Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Architecture.
• Suggested

experience:
15–20 years, including complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical buildings.
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, with strong BIM coordination capability.
• Robust understanding of architectural detailing, specifications, constructability, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
