Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React) ?

Experience Required: 7+ years of software engineering experience Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in both Python backend development and React.js frontend engineering to build and scale high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience designing scalable backend services, developing modern frontend applications, and delivering reliable, production-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on large-scale distributed systems and real-time applications is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop and support real-time communication systems using WebSockets.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability of backend systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and distributed architectures.
• Drive performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. Frontend Development
• Design and develop high-quality web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for scalable development.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and real-time data streams. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented,



and thoroughly tested code.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
• Expert-level experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of WebSockets and real-time application development.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Fusion.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with internal platform standards and large-scale engineering environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
