About the Role
We are looking for client-focused, sales-driven professionals with hands-on equity dealing experience to execute trades, strengthen client relationships, increase trading activity, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute client buy/sell orders accurately on NSE/BSE trading terminals.
• Monitor client margins, exposure limits, and trading positions.
• Provide market updates and investment guidance based on client requirements.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Drive trading activity, client activation, and brokerage revenue.
• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs,



and other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management procedures. Requirements
• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in equity broking or dealing.
• Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and trade execution.
• Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and trading platforms.
