• Develop 3D CAD models (Class-B and C surfaces) from A-Class styling inputs using UGNX.
• Design mounting features, snap-fits, ribs, bosses, and fastening mechanisms.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) compliance for plastic injection molding.
• Perform packaging studies, clearance checks, and GD&T; tolerance stack-ups. Work with CAE/Safety teams to satisfy Pedestrian Protection and crash safety standards.
