Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions directly within client environments. Day-to-day work includes building and maintaining back-end services, integrating AI-powered features, and collaborating with product and client teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs. The engineer will write clean, testable code, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure reliability and performance. Additional responsibilities include participating in architectural discussions, improving development workflows, documenting technical decisions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of Fude Developments’ platforms and tools. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with Software Development and Programming in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design patterns.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems, data processing pipelines, or integrating third-party AI services is a plus.
• Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, gathering requirements, and explaining technical concepts in clear terms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
