• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the engagement
•
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and status dashboards
•
• Drive weekly monthly governance cadence including MOR, steering committee, and client review preparation
•
• Monitor project health across workstreams scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
• Talent HR process




• Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives. What are we looking for?
• PMO experience
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle, and reporting frameworks
•
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent
•
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Roles and
