Experience

4+ years of experience in Service Now, CPQ, or equivalent platforms

Relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle implementation

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Service Now CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements

Configure and manage product catalog, pricing models, and bundling logic

Drive Quote-to-Cash processes, including quoting, order management, and billing integration

Develop and optimize pricing rules, discounting, contract pricing, and subscription models

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions

Integrate Service Now CPQ with ERP / billing / CRM systems

Ensure performance optimization, governance, and scalability of CPQ implementations

Support release management, enhancements, and production issues

Provide guidance to junior team members and lead solution discussions

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Service Now CPQ (Product Catalog, Pricing, Configurator)

Expertise in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (Quote Order Contract Billing)





Proven experience in:

Product catalog design & catalog modeling

Pricing strategies (rule-based, tiered, subscription, discounting)

Configuration rules and product bundles

Experience with workflow automation, approvals, and integration patterns

Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations (ERP/Billing systems)

Understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and large data handling

Valuable to Have

Experience in Salesforce CPQ / telecom CPQ environments (transferable skills)

Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models

Stakeholder management and client-facing experience
