We are seeking a highly qualified and cutting-edge individual to join our team as a Fintech Academic Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, industry experience, and a passion for teaching and research in the rapidly evolving field of financial technology.

1. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review and give inputs on educational content related to fintech.
- Conduct research on current fintech trends and innovations and prepare case studies for fintech.
- Deliver lectures, train and guide student.

2. Technical capability

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Java, Python, etc,with hands-on coding experience.
- Practical knowledge of:

- Cloud computing and data analytics
- Financial markets, online lending and digital payments
- Business Process Re-engineering
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals
- AI/ML concepts, deep learning, and big data processing
- Cybersecurity, APIs, open banking, Insur Tech or Reg Tech





- Practical experience with at least one of the following is preferred: Bloomberg Terminal (financial markets), Ethereum (blockchain development), or Tensor Flow (AI/ML & big data processing).

3. Education & Experience:

- Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Fintech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, or Digital Banking.
- 5+ years of industry experience in the Fin Tech, banking, or financial services.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

4. Skills:

- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Mentorship and student supervision
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Fluency in English for teaching purposes

5. Requisites:

- Applicant should be open to travel Pan-India.
