Job Description: CI DS

Design and build integration Projects, Tasks and Processes in the CI-DS web UI, including dataflows, transforms, scripts and global variables.

Configure and manage Datastores (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, HANA, file, ODBC/JDBC, cloud application targets) and Agents (SAP Data Services Agent) across sandbox and production environments.

Build extraction logic from SAP sources using ABAP dataflows, SAP extractors, Open Hub, CDS views, tables and custom ABAP programs; and from non-SAP sources (Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, SFTP, APIs).

Implement transformation logic using available transforms (Query, Map Operation, Table Comparison, XML Map, Validation, Row Generation, Case, Merge, Pivot) and custom functions/scripts.

Implement pre-load / post-load processing, error handling, restart ability and audit logging.





Leverage and adapt SAP Best Practice / rapid-deployment CI-DS job templates for IBP; extend for client-specific requirements.

Load and maintain IBP master data types (straightforward, compound, reference), key figures / time-series data, attribute transformations and time profiles into target planning areas.

Handle permissible combinations, realignment, data housekeeping/purge, and key figure disaggregation considerations with the IBP functional team.
