RequirementsDescription:

Roles & Responsibilities

- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions.

- Robust knowledge of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CSV, IDOC,



and other structured/unstructured data formats.

- Good understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration using Workato, including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions.

- Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and B2B partners.

- Experience in troubleshooting integration failures, recipe errors, API issues, and data processing exceptions, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.

- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations, automation workflows, and B2B transaction processes.

- Strong knowledge of Workato connectors, custom connectors, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

- Experience monitoring integration performance, creating operational reports, and ensuring data accuracy and process reliability.

- Familiarity with SAP, ERP, CRM, retail, and supply chain systems integration using Workato.

- Knowledge of integration best practices, error handling, security, governance, and reusable component development.
