Role Summary

The AI Architect will be responsible for designing, modernizing, and scaling enterprise automation solutions across UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and AI-native automation platforms. The role combines hands-on RPA implementation experience with GenAI, RAG, Python scripting, AI-agent development and production support experience. The individual will act as a technical SME, solution consultant and delivery enabler for RPA migration, bot modernization, production support automation and Agentic AI opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead solutioning for enterprise RPA Exit and Agentic Automation engagements across UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and AI-native automation stacks.
- Assess existing bot estates and identify candidates for retain, retire, replace or reinvent modernization patterns.
- Design and develop RPA workflows, attended/unattended bots, reusable components, exception handling frameworks and queue-based automation patterns.
- Build AI-enabled automation solutions using Python, RAG pipelines, vector stores, LLM integrations and agentic workflow patterns.
- Create PoCs and demos for RPA modernization use cases such as bot production support agents, knowledge-management Q&A; agents and document/process automation.
- Prepare process and solution documentation including HLD, PDD, SDD, technical design notes, testing evidence and deployment handover materials.
- Collaborate with business, delivery and architecture teams to drive GTM motion on the RPA Exit offerings.
- Guide junior developers on RPA Exit PoCs and design standards, reusable assets, exception handling,



logging, bot support and secure implementation practices.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solution collateral and client discussions involving RPA exit and Agentic AI automation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong delivery exposure across RPA and workflow automation with 2 + years in GenAI and Agentic AI based solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience, including bot design, development, queue processing, deployment and production support.
- 5+ years of Python experience applied to RPA, Generative AI projects, scripts, functions and AI-agent based workflow automation.
- Hands-on exposure to Azure AI Foundry for building agents and implementing RAG-based solutions.
- Experience with UiPath Communication Mining and building agents/RAG concepts using UiPath capabilities.
- Robust understanding of SDLC phases including analysis, development, integration, implementation and maintenance.
- Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, production deployment and support operations.
- Experience preparing HLD, PDD and SDD documentation for automation delivery.
- Ability to perform automation feasibility studies across Web, Windows and Mainframe applications.
- Knowledge of UiPath, GenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion and Blue Prism.
- Working knowledge of Lang Chain, Hugging Face, Llama Index, FAISS, embeddings, tokenization and RAG pipeline concepts.
- Domain exposure across Banking, Insurance, Retail and Utilities automation scenarios.
