- Provide functional support for BOM-related processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM setting.
- Support BOM creation, maintenance, validation, release, and change management processes.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM structures, workflows, and PLM operations.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to resolve process issues.
- Identify and recommend improvements to BOM workflows, structures, and PLM capabilities.
- Maintain BOM data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Support EBOM and MBOM processes and product configuration activities.
- Manage engineering change processes, including ECO, ECN, and release management.
- Assist with system enhancement testing, validation, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and user training materials.
- Provide training and hands-on support to improve end-user adoption.
- Monitor recurring issues, support trends, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support PLM data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
