- Counsel and guide candidates on suitable career opportunities
- Convert leads into successful enrollments/closures
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain engagement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a target-driven role (Mandatory)
- Experience in counseling, sales, or student/career guidance
- Solid communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and consistently achieve targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
