Typically, 8+ years of relevant SAP SD experience, including hands-on configuration and functional workstream leadership. Equivalent depth of relevant experience is welcome; years alone are not a selection criterion.
At least two end-to-end implementations or major rollouts, including an S/4HANA implementation, conversion or rollout. Evidence of personal responsibility from design and configuration through testing and go-live is essential.
Solid core SD expertise and practical integration knowledge across FI, MM and PP. Experience with manufacturing or industrial order fulfilment, master data and root-cause analysis beyond an isolated SD ticket queue.
Experience working in an international team is preferred.
Experience leading workshops, coordinating testing, documenting functional requirements and training business users. Professional English for international collaboration; a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
