Seeking an experienced Application Support & Development Engineer to support and enhance the Record Point SaaS-based Unstructured Records Management platform. The role involves application support, change delivery, automation, integrations, and platform improvements in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain the Record Point platform and integrations.
Develop and enhance solutions using Python and Java Spring Boot.
Implement application changes, releases, and automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
Manage containerized workloads and CI/CD deployments.
