Job Title: Store Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations,

inventory management, stock movement, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate will

ensure accurate stock records, efficient store operations, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

Monitor inventory levels and prepare stock reports.

Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts departments.

Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts and issues.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, and damaged materials.

Maintain organized inventory records using Excel or inventory software.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

10years of experience in store management or inventory operations.

Good knowledge of ERP, MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Robust communication and organizational skills.





Ability to manage records and coordinate with multiple departments.
