Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Alteryx Developer with robust SQL and ETL expertise to design, develop, and maintain data workflows and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading, along with the ability to optimize SQL queries and automate data processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and automation.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and data manipulation scripts.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract data from multiple sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into target systems.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Integrate data from databases, Excel files, flat files, and other enterprise data sources.
- Optimize workflow performance and SQL queries to improve processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, workflow failures, and ETL-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation,



workflow specifications, and data mapping documents.
- Support production deployments, scheduled workflows, and ongoing maintenance of data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–12 years of overall experience in data development, data processing, ETL, or data integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and workflow development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Practical experience in ETL development, data transformation, and data integration processes.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of data quality, data validation, and data reconciliation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Alteryx Server, workflow scheduling, and automation.
- Exposure to data warehousing and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, and ETL processes, with the ability to build reliable data workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver accurate data for business reporting and analytics.
