Key Responsibilities

- Lead go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for CBYCloud across India.

- Acquire enterprise and mid-market customers and manage the complete sales cycle.

- Drive enterprise cloud sales, including public/private cloud, hybrid cloud, migration, managed services, and disaster recovery.

- Build strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and technology partners such as Dell, Nutanix, and Equinix.

- Own ARR, MRR, pipeline development, forecasting, profitability, and key account expansion.

- Lead complex enterprise deals and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, finance, and marketing teams.





- Develop industry-specific sales strategies across BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, media, and government sectors.

Candidate Requirements

- 8–12 years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in cloud, hosting, or managed cloud services sales.

- Proven track record in enterprise customer acquisition and recurring-revenue deal closure.

- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid cloud, IaaS, cloud migration, and disaster recovery.

- Experience with cloud service providers (CSPs), cloud MSPs, or managed infrastructure companies.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to independently drive business growth and build a scalable sales operation.
