Job Title: Legal Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
We’re hiring a Legal Manager for our client, a premier fintech platform in the NBFC and P2P lending sector.
As the Legal Manager, your responsibilities would be:

- Provide legal guidance across NBFC, Fintech & P2P lending, including commercial agreements.

- Ensure RBI compliance and update internal policies as per regulatory changes.

- Manage litigation, arbitration & dispute resolution with external legal counsel.

- Oversee corporate secretarial compliance, including Companies Act and ROC/RBI filings.

- Support M&A;, joint ventures & fundraising through legal due diligence and risk management.

Requirements

- 8+ years of Legal & Secretarial experience, preferably in NBFC, Fintech or P2P lending.





- Solid knowledge of RBI, MCA & SEBI regulations for NBFCs and Fintechs.

- Expertise in Corporate Governance, Company Law & Secretarial Compliance.

- Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Contract Negotiation & Multi-project Management.

- Proven leadership, ownership, accountability & strategic decision-making.
