Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the US Medical Billing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to source, screen, and hire suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Medical Billing positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

- Achieve recruitment targets and meet hiring deadlines.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Knowledge of US healthcare or Medical Billing recruitment will be an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment:



Own the full hiring cycle from identifying workforce needs to onboarding candidates.

- Role Alignment: Coordinate with hiring managers to define exact technical requirements for specialized US RCM positions (such as AR Analysts, AR Callers, Medical Billers, Payment Posters, Medical Coders, and QAi Auditors).

- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source candidates via job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.

- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate English communication skills, night-shift or rotational flexibility, and domain understanding (e.g., US insurance workflows, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers).

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical assessments (such as AR calculations, billing knowledge, or Excel tests) and panel interviews with operations leaders.

- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations within approved budget bands, roll out offer letters, and track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate; HR or Management qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in US recruitment, US healthcare recruitment, or Medical Billing recruitment will be preferred.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a willingness to work in recruitment may also apply.

Note: Willingness to work in US time zones or rotational shifts may be required, depending on business requirements.
