Education & Experience Essential Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, business transformation, organisational development,



business enablement, or a closely related role. Significant experience supporting complex, cross-functional change initiatives that affect processes, systems, roles, behaviours, and operating models. Experience working with senior stakeholders, sponsors, people leaders, and impacted operational teams to drive adoption and embed change. Desirable Relevant Change Management certification such as Prosci / ADKAR, APMG, ACMP, or CMI change management or equivalent experience. Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office. Agile, Lean Six Sigma, enablement, communications, or organisational development experience.
