Job Description:

- Guest Service: Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure prompt, courteous service.

- Floor Operations: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth table service.

- Team Management: Allocate duties, guide stewards, and monitor staff performance.

- Order Management: Ensure accurate order taking and timely coordination with the kitchen team.

- Guest Complaint Handling: Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain guest satisfaction.

- Food & Beverage Knowledge: Explain menu items, ingredients, and food recommendations to guests.

- Upselling: Recommend food and beverage items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.

- Billing & Payments: Coordinate billing, POS transactions, and payment handling when required.

- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and restaurant service standards.

- Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and management teams for productive restaurant operations.
