Job Title: AWS Cloud Security Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: INR 25 LPA to 30 LPA

Position Summary

We are seeking two AWS Cloud Security Engineers to support business teams in implementing and maintaining secure AWS environments. These individuals will work closely with cloud account owners, application teams, and engineers to help them understand and address cloud security requirements, remediate security findings, and align AWS resources with enterprise security standards.

The ideal candidates will have strong AWS technical skills, positive communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. They will serve as a key point of contact for teams needing assistance with cloud security controls, compliance requirements, and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Security Support

- Provide guidance to application and infrastructure teams on AWS security best practices and enterprise security requirements.




- Assist teams in understanding security findings and identifying appropriate remediation actions.
- Help teams resolve non-compliant cloud configurations and reduce security risk.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with cloud account owners, developers, and engineers to address cloud security issues.
- Communicate security requirements and recommendations in a clear and practical manner.
- Build positive working relationships with business and technical teams.

Security Monitoring and Compliance

- Review cloud security findings and work with teams to drive remediation efforts.
- Help monitor adherence to cloud security standards and policies.
- Track and report remediation progress for assigned engagements.

Required Qualifications

- 5-6 years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Good understanding of AWS security fundamentals, including:
- IAM
- Security Groups
- VPC Security
- S3 Security
- CloudTrail
- AWS Config
- KMS

- Experience troubleshooting and remediating cloud security issues.
- Understanding of cloud security concepts such as identity management, data protection, logging and monitoring, and least-privilege access.

Communication Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Comfortable working directly with business teams and cloud resource owners.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on helping teams achieve security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Security Specialty certification.
- Experience with cloud security tools such as Wiz or similar CSPM solutions.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

- Improved compliance with cloud security standards and controls.
