- Answer incoming calls with a friendly, qualified demeanor and provide prompt assistance to customers
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout each interaction

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using company systems and databases
- Provide information about services, policies, and procedures in a clear and helpful manner

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been adequately addressed
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by going above and beyond standard service expectations
