Job Summary

This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the organization’s IT network infrastructure, assets, and day-to-day systems administration activities in India. The role will also provide IT support and infrastructure coverage for the United States and other geographies, as required.

Key Skills:





5+ years of hands-on Systems Administration experience.

Experience setting up and managing IT network infrastructure.

Administration of Zoho servers/apps and Exchange, Zoho Mail, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.

Understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.

Experience with server hardware setup, maintenance, and RMM tools.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Positive to Have

MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Server+, or Network+ certifications

VMware/Hyper-V and Azure/AWS experience
