Khwaabshala is a dream incubator and creative studio. Alongside our own projects, including two podcasts, a weekly jobs series and a monthly newsletter, we build and run content for clients.

This is a part-time, hybrid role in two halves.

Client channels (about half your time)

- Shoot two wellness YouTube channels on location in Delhi NCR, one on mental wellbeing and one on yoga. Shoots are fixed weekly slots, currently Tuesday 3:30 to 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, cut shorts, make thumbnails and subtitle files, and publish to schedule
- Keep the client updated after every shoot and in a weekly Sunday update

Khwaabshala (about half your time)
- Run Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit: reels, carousels, posts and stories
- Edit podcast episodes and promo clips
- Design and send our monthly newsletter

A typical week: around two long-form videos and four shorts for the client, two reels and one post for Khwaabshala, a podcast edit every fortnight and the newsletter once a month.



You're a fit if you:
- Live in Delhi NCR and can get to shoots reliably (travel is your own)
- Have work you shot and edited yourself that you can show us
- Have your own laptop and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut or CapCut)
- Work to deadlines without being chased, and say early when something is slipping
- Are comfortable in Hindi and English and can write a clean caption

Details

- Part time, 24 to 28 hours a week, including 1 to 2 shoot days
- Hybrid: remote for most of the week, shoots on location in Delhi NCR
- ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 a month
- Starts 1 November 2026
- The camera, mic and phone for client shoots are provided
- The first four weeks are a structured probation with clear weekly milestones
