Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT hiring landscape, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely feedback.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures within agreed timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
