Role Description This full time Technical Trainer role at NEXTGEN LEARNERS is a hybrid position based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site training and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Technical

Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs, including classroom sessions, virtual classes, workshops, and labs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials and content, conducting engaging training sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and support. The role involves collaborating with curriculum designers and subject matter experts, updating modules based on technology and industry changes, and maintaining training documentation and reports.

The Technical

Trainer will also participate in train-the-trainer sessions,



contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, and ensure an inclusive learning environment for diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development, including planning, delivering, and evaluating structured technical programs.
- Candidates should possess skills relevant to Technical Trainers and Training, such as session facilitation, classroom management, and learner engagement techniques.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools for training (e-learning platforms, LMS, virtual classroom tools) and basic office productivity software.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess experience delivering training to diverse groups, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt content and methods to different learner levels.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and an inclusive, non-discriminatory approach to working with learners and colleagues.
