Role Description The Team Lead at SKILLIT ACADEMY is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will oversee a team of instructors, coordinators, or mentors to ensure smooth delivery of programs and high-quality learner experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring classes and projects, aligning team activities with curriculum goals, and tracking learner progress and outcomes.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with management to implement academic and operational processes, resolve learner or team issues,



and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery. This role also involves mentoring team members, organizing reviews and feedback sessions, and contributing to initiatives that enhance learner engagement, placement readiness, and overall program effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Educational program or training management experience, preferably in domains such as UI/UX Design, Full Stack Development, Automation, or related technical fields.
- Robust communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills for working with learners, mentors, and internal teams.
- Ability to track metrics, analyze learner and program performance, and implement process improvements.
- Experience in career services, learner success, or placement support is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches, projects, and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (Education, Management, Engineering, Design, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment, with a genuine interest in learner growth and employability.
