Position Overview

As a Technical Consultant – Cloud/AI at Siemens, you will play a key role in guiding customers and internal teams on secure, compliant, and resilient solutions within the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio. You will focus on designing and implementing robust cloud and AI architectures that protect customer data, ensure ethical AI practices, and maintain trust in Siemens' digital offerings. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver technical expertise, drive standard methodologies, and support the successful deployment and operation of SaaS and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, tools, and microservices that address concrete enterprise use cases with seamless integration into existing platforms and environments
- Establish and implement standards for bias detection, fairness checks, data quality, inclusivity, and explainability throughout the AI lifecycle
- Implement and strengthen secure identity, data protection, and governance controls for AI workloads, aligning with corporate policies and cloud security methodologies
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for AI services and model artifacts using GitLab, GitHub Actions,



or Azure DevOps
- Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) with environment parity across dev/test/stage/prod
- Configure observability through logging, metrics, tracing, and SLOs/SLIs; drive incident response, post-mortems, and reliability at scale
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years overall experience with 2+ years in AI and Cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, Llama-Index)
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI)
- Experience with data handling tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills
