Role Description The Store Manager at Lumisphere will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience that reflects the company’s design-focused brand. This full time, on-site role in Visakhapatnam, India includes managing staff scheduling and performance, supervising merchandising and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean, well-organized showroom that showcases architectural lighting and control solutions.

The Store

Manager will handle customer inquiries and consultations, support sales processes from initial discovery through follow-up, and monitor inventory to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.



The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention practices, tracking store performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive, memorable in-store experiences for homeowners, architects, and designers.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills (in English and Telugu) for interacting with customers, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operational oversight.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Management skills to safeguard stock and ensure adherence to store policies.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in retail or showroom environments, familiarity with architectural lighting or design-focused products, basic sales and POS system knowledge, and the ability to work on-site full-time in Visakhapatnam, AP.
- Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an asset.
