Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution for 3–5 B2B clients—planning content calendars, campaign themes, and KPIs aligned to business goals.
- Produce high-impact LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram content tailored for B2B audiences: thought leadership posts, carousel decks, video scripts, and case study highlights.
- Optimize organic reach and engagement using platform-specific algorithms, A/B testing content formats, and tuning posting cadence for maximum virality.
- Monitor campaign performance daily via native and third-party analytics tools, and deliver weekly client reports with actionable insights and ROI benchmarks.
- Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to ensure brand consistency,



visual storytelling, and conversion-focused CTAs across all social assets.
- Stay ahead of emerging B2B social trends—especially AI-driven content personalization, LinkedIn Audio Events, and community-led growth tactics.
