Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role based in Mumbai.

The Store

Assistant supports daily store operations, including assisting customers, handling orders, serving food items, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet. The role involves managing the counter, supporting basic retail sales activities, and helping maintain inventory and stock levels.

Assistant also coordinates with team members to ensure timely service, supports store opening and closing procedures, and follows all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Organization skills to support order handling, billing, and stock management.
- Candidates should possess Training and teamwork abilities to learn standard operating procedures and support new team members.
- Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems or billing software are beneficial.
- Prior experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and maintain high hygiene standards.
