Hiring: Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
- Generate requirements and build strong vendor relationships.
- Handle consultant submissions, rate negotiations, interviews, and placement closures.
- Maintain the consultant pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Guide junior team members and support bench sales operations.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in US IT Bench Sales and vendor management.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, and US work authorizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving placement targets.
