MSD is looking for a Specialist in SAP BW HANA Analytics to design and develop analytical applications leveraging data modeling, data architecture, ETL, and end-user reporting. This role partners with stakeholders across Global Finance, Architecture, and Regional IT to advance analytics-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop SAP BW artifacts including ADSO, Open ODS View, CompositeProvider, Transformations, and BEx Queries.
- Work on data extraction from SAP source systems like ECC and S/4HANA.
- Build SAP HANA models using graphical and SQL-based calculation views.
- Contribute to end-to-end data modeling, performance enhancements, and solution maintenance.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance optimization.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.




- Develop and enable reporting solutions in SAP Analysis for Office and Power BI ensuring seamless integration.

Requirements

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW, BI, BO, and SAP Native HANA Modeling.
- Solid expertise in SAP BW data modeling including InfoObjects, DSOs, and BEx Queries.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA technologies including Calculation Views and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SLT and data extraction mechanisms like ODP.
- Functional understanding of FP&A;, Manufacturing, Sales, and Capex processes.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Power BI Reporting.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in regulated industries like healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
